Glowing tap water

I was going to perform in this sort of outdoor amphitheater. Someone told me they had made the lighting in my spot especially bright. I looked on stage and the lighting was really bright for the drummer. I thought lol they think I’m the drummer. I was up on stage adjusting my stands and such, and I saw that there was a sink on the side of the stage. I poured water from the sink on to my hands and I saw that it made my hands glow! They glowed in colorful gradients like those old hypercolor shirts. After a little while it wore off, so I poured some water on my hands again. It seemed to have something to do with temperature but I couldn’t figure it out, I was mystified.
