Blind Lucid

I woke very early due to a thunderstorm. It passed quickly. Feeling sleepy, I decided to use "mindfulness" meditation to induce a WILD. I immediately (in seconds) slipped into a dream-transition or SP-like state. In minfulness you focus on sensory input, and to me my senses were overloading: I experienced very loud buzzing and arbitrary tones, my whole body felt waves of pins and needles, and also lots of vertigo and dizzinesd. I have to say it was interesting but a bit unpleasant. Once the feelings subsided I felt as if I was in a dream, but I could not see anything. Similar to past lucid dreams, I felt as the I could sit up and walk away from my own body. I tried to focus on my vision as I moved, but it was just blackness, as if I was blind. Still images faded into view. One of a bus, and another of some landscaped lawn. From here my lucidity failed and faded into a dreamless sleep for the rest of the morning.
