Lucidly dreaming in a dream

I was in the mediaeval times in a stone building, possibly a church. The church was secluded on a lake with a small village in the distance on the shore. It was late at night and only the moon and it's reflection from the water lit up this dark damp structure. I was alone when I saw the orange glow of torches (the fire ones) on the shore. I looked closer and it was an angry mob with pitchforks and spades entering small wooden boats to reach the little island I was on. I quickly ran inside looking for an escape route or something to defend myself. I found nothing and checked on the small army of villagers. Feeling defeated I decided to wait in the church. The blue moonlight shone through a large window at the top of a stair case. I sighed in thought at the night sky view. I then realized I was dreaming and knew I could get out of this situation. I charged up the stairs and smashed my way through the window, flecks of crystal light surrounded me as I saw the calm lake getting closer. I twisted in the air and turned into a light silver dragon and soared over the villagers. Not used to flying (especially as a god dang mythical beast) I flew low to the ground, in between the houses of the village before it opened up into fields with a forest a short distance further. I held myself up as long as I could before crash landing at the tree line. I looked back to a town in chaos, people shouting, running, dogs barking, and a small crowd of people with whatever weapon they could find. I knew I wouldn't be able to get away so I just waited to wake up. So then I woke up.... In a double bed next to a handsome black man sleeping topless on his stomach. What. The. Heck. This isn't my bed where on Earth am I? I slid out from the blanket and noticed I was wearing a short black silk nightdress which I definitely don't own. I felt the coolness of the grey tiles beneath my feet as I walked to the window. The curtains were so thin and soft as I pulled them to see the early morning sun peer into view. I looked down at the street... Italy maybe? Or Madrid? Wherever I was it was upstate and in an apartment. Delicate hands reached over my chest as the man from the bed pulled me close to him. He sighed sweetly and buried his head in my shoulder. So I woke up right? I'm completely conscious, so... this is my life? I mean, I'm not complaining it just seems odd. I stayed silent in thought looking out the window. He then left for something, I didn't turn around, I'm sure I'm forgetting something about my life, this can't be real. I walked downstairs to an open plan kitchen and living room. The set up was simple yet elegant with a grey theme again. I made coffee for the two of us, it didn't take long, I left his straight because I had no clue what he liked. I made my way up the stairs again when he came out of what I imagine was the bathroom. He waited at the top and thanked me with the sweetest smile. We kissed and smiled at each other, his eyes were drunk in love and I thought, 'maybe this is real... the way he looks at me, it's like I've known him forever' I don't even know his name though. "Did you sleep well?" he asked, his voice was deep and smooth. "Very thank you, and you?" I said as I sat cross-legged on the bed. He joined me, sitting with his legs stretched out, "actually it was a bit of a rocky night" he scratched his head and chuckled to himself "you kept kicking me" My eyes widened in embarrassment oh my gosh no I'm so sorry. I apologized with a shy smile, "I dreamt that I was a dragon" I shrugged and giggled. He seemed completely fine with my late night tussling "oh a dragon huh?" he smiled brightly as if he thought 'what a fricking weirdo but I love her' "Mhm ^^" I said chirpily. I then told him my dream and of course he teased me through it. We talked about other things too, just laughing through happily. I wrapped both hands around my mug, smiling warmly, this person made me so happy I'm so glad I ended up like this. In a content silence we looked at each other then he leaned in and rested his forehead against mine, both of us closing our eyes. So then I woke up...
