Cavern of Worms

I had a dream some nights before this dream that I went to the bathroom and went number two and there was a worm on it. Now to this dream. All I remember is that I was walking along through inside a cavern full of worms on the walls. The walls are gray and covered with worms coming out, The kind of worms you see coming out of a cat. I was very careful to avoid touching the walls afraid that I would get worms on me. Talk about a freak out dream! Note: my cat is dealing with worms and we are treating him so that has been on my mind. What do you think it means? Do you think it is just because of the cat or that it means something deeper? I am also going through a season where the Lord is cleaning my life out so that could be it.
