Quick burst today

Astral projected first because I was so tired and but it lasted only a few moments consciously, I felt my astral body bumping besides the bed in the fetal position but like I said I was too tied to do much else, couldn’t even move, I felt the vibrations coming on and the usual Insectalin mantis visuals started bleeding through and I just accepted it, was smooth this time not scary or intense at all but that might be because my consciousness was flickering in and out so I wa only half paying attention. We communicated and they showed me a lot about my body and its energy grid they were showing me that I was being upgraded so to speak to better tune into these frequencies more consistently, and I thanked them for it, after about an hour of bathing in this alien energy it was like my body was both awake and sleeping the whole night violent twitching and ecstatic moments of joy and sensations so beautiful I feel like I had just came back from a two week vacation lol. This was the most memorable part of the night for me and ofc simultaneously as this was happening or maybe it was after the upgrade and I lost consciousness, woke up in the usual dream house I always recall being in this house with all my family members living there (everyone has there own room and even there own floors in the house it’s like encanto or something) that expands and I was meeting up with my uncle who I see most often in this place most likely because he is a good dream traveler as well, we have the same gift so probably see each other the most… After that I have a dream where I’m in my actual town in real life, I’m at the park and I see this perfectly good spider-man costume on the floor not just any one but the one from tasm 1 and I was like hell yea, stole it and put it in my bag, dream skips to me showing it to my girlfriend and her laughing about it the dream is a bit fragmented and the next vivid part of it I see was I some how ended up in a bar , there was a sports game on or some sort oft maybe some kind of music event on tv I’m not sure but some guy asked if I wanted to sit and have a drink and I said yes and we drank and didn’t really talk but watched the game, there was a new segment on the tv showing this young lady working at the airport lost her job because she got upset and started throwing people’s luggage off the runway and we both laughed a bit at it because the footage showed her messing up and falling/slipping on to the conveyor for the luggage and her cursing out the people recording but you can’t hear her just see her yelling and raving lol
