Me Farming

Kayla, Tasha, Mom & Dad, and I are in our field south of the farm (by the hay meadow) and dad's giving Tasha and I clues into the world of farming. Suddenly, I noticed a combine was coming our way and I recognized whose it was. Malique T was in there and he was gonna combine my land (super early in season) to plant his own. I'm outraged and frantic; yelling, waving, and giving Malique the finger as he drives up. Dad is still inside our she'd as I yell for him and he comes out running. "You've gotta protect yourself! Get in the way. Defend yourself." "Why would he do this?" "He must not have read the contract." Dad and I keeping getting in the way when Malique becomes Alec and suddenly we know Alec has help from Loren. Shortly (by the time we run all the way down the field [short field]) the combines become "push" lawnmowers and Steve H barrels through the field from the opposite direction. Now I'm pissed and desperate. I grab Steve's lawnmower and he's awkwardly laughing. I keep yelling "no!" and "seriously?!". Steve and Alec begin to follow me as I drag his lawnmower while Mom & Dad continue to question Steve. One thing I yell is "Steve can't even buy his own socks!". I flip the mower upside down and Steve becomes Gary P. Alex and Gary begin walking away talking about the potential of the field on how it'll yield so well when they're done with it. I'm asking, "how's the yield outlook" and they avoid the question. Knowing they probably haven't done their research, my next question was "What's the nutritional complex of the field?" And they continue to avoid me, but by now I know they're just the puppets in this operation.
