the fight to stay alive

The past 2 nights I've dreamt of getting shot. The first night it was in the face .. I wasn't sure if I died or not. The second time was twice in the same dream. But I can only remember the last half where someone I don't know was shooting and I got shot in the lower back. These dreams scare me because they always mean something. I remember dreaming the apartment complex manager coming with the police to make us pay or get rid of our dogs. Literally a week later I get a call from Alan at work saying someone told the apt manager and complained about our dogs and the manager said we have to pay. We still haven't paid but the fact of the matter is what does dreaming 2 nights in a row about being shot mean? I've had the intuition I wasn't going to live very long all my life. Idk why but I always felt I would die young. I researched the meaning of dreaming of getting shot and read an article stating that guns represent a fight for survival pertaining to social status, life style or career. It also said if the dream was gang members shooting at the dreamer, it was a sign of being overwhelmed, over worked, and feeling weaker against majority. This is a sign of fighting for financial status, social status or position that competes with the fellow man. This all make perfect sense. I'm obviously hoping it doesn't mean when I die it'll be soon and be by getting shot.. But everything else is hitting key points. Alan and I are definitely fighting for survival financially. Trying to keep up with rent a new car and other bills while he's juggling a fraternity.
