Harlequins and people who do not want to work

I need to have an Ophthalmology exam which will be done by a visiting professor; on our way to the hospital, Margaret and I are looking at places on a very pretty, quaint street because we are setting up a store and we are looking for a place. In order to get to the hospitals we need to go throu a Tunnel, but for some reason we are advised by what appear to be a tribe of warriors at the entrance to the tunnel to cover our faces with tar first. Once we get to the hospital, the matter of the ophthalmologist seems forgotten. The nail salon is inside of the hospital. Berta is doing nails but she is not coming back and I am talking to someone on the phone who wants to know if she will be continuing to work or not. Berta does not want me to give anybody details so I have a very hard time talking to this woman who eventually hangs up, saying she understands. Everybody in the salon is dressed in a very pretty shade of powder blue. The uniforms are like Harlequin suits. From the salon I go to meet with several people who feel they work too much. I am trying to explain to them that in the islands people work the same and don’t complain. The group really does not want to meet with me and they will go through any lengths not to discuss what is going on. Tony Ferrara tries to start making out with me just to distract me.
