Ignored? Left out?

I have a recurring dream where in it I'm surrounded by many old friends from high school and college (I'm 44 now) and these friends are always busy and talking or doing something with my other friends. I try to get their attention but they wont look at me or talk to me. They're always moving and I can never keep up or catch up with them.
