Sick and sleeping

I had a dream I had slept for a very long time and I was concerned I was sick. I went to the Dr and he was concerned also. I took my medical records to my mom, now deceased and she left. My also deceased step father gave the blank look as always but I think he was trying to communicate but I don't remember if he was successful. In rl I did sleep a long time over 12 hours and I am sleepy still. I also feel sick. Strangely with all those hours sleep, I don't remember much. A possible rl connection is my son is visiting his dad's and he threw up twice last night. He was sick and I wasn't there.
