Rollerblades and memory lost

Me and a male friend (can't remember who) befriended a strange man. We then strolled a festival together. Near the end when we were about to leave, the man zoomed past us on rollerblades and disappeared. We chased him and found a pair of rollerblades on the ground. I tried one on and my friend did too, and they fit. But then I realized that my shoes also has wheels on it when the bottom got lengthened. We started chasing him and eventually gave up, thinking that he has gone home. The scene changed to Phan Dang Luu St. We saw someone homeless sitting on a case and covered under layers of raincoat, trying to shield from the rain and the cold night. We approached to see that that was the man from before. My friends (yea many now) laughed and told him to stop acting, but I was so sad that I hugged him under those coats. He then giggled and turned out to be my dad. Dad come into a sports car and drove home. I was embarrassed so I stormed ahead... When I was about to turn left into Thich Quang Duc St., I saw a construction site and wondered what time it was that the workers is already working. I rollerbladed past them and found myself somewhere clear with lots of light(comparing to the stormy night before). I was astonished and turned back trying to go back but there was a different scene. I panicked and tried to look around. Nothing came to mind about my whereabouts or time or how I got there(even the scene before). I tried to ask bystanders if there had bene any other ppl who panicked and didn't know where they were(frankly, asking for ppl before me) and nothing came up. I panicked a little before heading out to the railroad in front of me. Then I got woken up by the phone ringing.
