Diesase in the forest

I was with my dad and my brother in a cabin hotel in the middle of the woods for a vacation, we got to the cabin hotel and the workers told us not to go in the woods right behind us because there is a disease spreading in the forest. We rushed out of the hotel as soon as possible and the last words I remember my dad saying in the dream was " oh yah, tonight we're having coy fish for dinner." Nobody even eats coy fish...
