Red Ice.

If I'm not mistaken this is likely my first ever lucid dream. From what I remember it was in the style of a nature documentary and there was this water that was normal at first but when it's frozen in ice it looks red and it tastes fruity like strawberry. Then when I remembered the red ice from an earlier experience I realize that I was in the dream and that's when I became lucid. The rest of the dream was me suddenly running in a field with some benches running fast like the Flash. Then after trying to summon up a woman I had a dream overload and I woke up. More committed than ever to teaching myself to lucid dream.
