Robin The Speedster

All I can recall is me--maybe I was really Robin, but..I was speeding along next to Batman's batmobile. In my dream I finally started to wonder--who am I? Then remembering I was Batman's sidekick, I guessed Robin. Small identity crisis over, we finally made a stop at a marshy village with a black and clear semi-circle tube running through the ground, something next to it--but I can't remember exactly what. But I knew what the tube was--the entrance to the Batcave. "I don't remember it like this." Batman muttered, his voice matched well to the actual thing, somehow already next to me. And then I woke up. But there is more. In Gotham, I was chasing after a man in a blue jumpsuit, blue only-cover-the-eyes mask included. He had brown hair and was also a speedster, but for some reason I was just mildly irritated with him, always in front of me and never seeming to have a cautious thought. At some point in our street chase, he broke off to the left--or not, but I couldn't see him, which worried me. Then I saw the meteors. Bunched up in threes, they looked mainly black with a green tint, only large ball-sized in my point of view since I wasn't that close to them on top a skyscraper. They were located about to land right above the streets and buildings, and for that I was apparently quite thankful, since I wouldn't be too near the horrifying masses of fire when they exploded. No noise...just fiery blasts seemed to ripple from the space chunks, leaving me speechless, despite the whole time already being that. My first few thoughts included the helpless wondering of the whereabouts of my "Blue Reverse Flash," and when I finally found him after a short-lived search, he was grinning as he ran and completely ignored the crisis at hand. The chase starts again. I chase him down to where we get to a street and he finally gets ahead of me and disappears. Enter the man of bats and his batmobile.
