Presidential motorcade

I saw three black cars like a presidential motorcade traveling along the road when a jag overtook them at speed. Further down the road it started drifting over into oncoming traffic. Cars were blasting their horns to alert them to danger but they kept drifting until they crashed head on into oncoming traffic. The impact was so unencrypted the car folded into an inverted V. I saw inside the car four men all who had been injured and the car continued to be carried along by a convoy of cars, apparently I effected or unconcerned and they didn’t stop either. The men in the car reached for his machine gun but the other guy was quicker for his pistol and shot them all. I believe all four died.
