Random, I was pregnant

In this dream I was pregnant and I knew I was going to have a little girl. The virus was still around in the world and some bad things were happening around us. Somehow I could talk to animals and there was a ape outside in a tree who I kept communicating with. She was upset because she couldn’t find her baby. I told her I would help. I remember my dogs in the dream and that they kept running outside without their leashes on. I also remember this girl from my childhood Devon Vogel was in it and we were talking about how she takes care of the people with the virus and she examines dead bodies.
