Something with flooding

Kinda weak but it really just consisted of me and a bunch of people driving down some street in what I could only say is a South American city. Then some weird flooding happened and we were just in a boat going down rapids. For some reason I jumped in the water to get a paddle from the bottom of the stream and that’s when I woke up.
