poltergeist

starts with this theatre girl at my school competing in a talent show for the musical spot against John Jones from Supergirl. the judges decide rather than showing their event separately, they have to compete side by side. i volunteer to be the theatre girl’s backup dancer. during the performance, she runs around the audience and knocks over this little girl but she can’t stop competing so she goes back to the stage and i stay to help the little girl. back at my house, a poltergeist is trying to murder me. my mom does not believe me though. i have a poltergeist-killing knife and start stabbing the things it possesses, completely destroying a home phone. back at the talent show, a girl is competing for the bowling spot (i know, bowling???). she has magic and tries to hurt a brother-sister group but the magic backfired because the brother has magic. instead of affecting their performance ability, the sister transforms to look exactly like her brother. then, i am at chorus and i keep coughing because the poltergeist is trying to kill me. the director says something about how every week another white girl is sick, and i say that it is not my fault because a poltergeist is trying to kill me. he laughs at me and i wake up.
