Building fire and phosphorus plant

Live in a high rise with mom, brothers, M and J (recurring dream location) Am walking just outside the building, notice smoke coming from the south There is a big building fire is the source I remember that there is a phosphorus plant in that area If it catches on fire too there will be a big explosion My mom and I start walking north We can see the smoke better now and it’s more to the west We change direction to east I call my brother to catch up with us I call M who was sleeping to leave the building and walk west to join us They catch up to us M mentions she forgot about the cat which is unlike her
