The cow

A cow is chasing me and Amit. We were in a stadium like place sitting in one corner. We spotted the cow which was running amok and sending people helter skelter. We were a fair distance away, so we thought it best to move out of the stadium. Took shelter in a multi-storied building - but it's not a normal building - it had staircases all over from ground to roof and nothing else. After sometime noticed the cow. It was coming at us. We detected a narrow ladder in which we thought it won't fit and took that. But the cow still came after us, negotiating its hulk into the cramped ladder. In fact it was so fast , even there we were losing ground. Managed to revert to the main staircase which has turned into an escalator now. This time we thought of removing the rubber casing of the escalator and that worked. The cow got confused whether to follow us on the escalator, now reduced to a skeleton or the rubber. Finally escaped.
