Recurring - paralysis (home/car)

Don't remember every detail but I woke up to this dream after less than an hour of sleep: In car (seemed like a familiar area), and started to become unable to keep my eyes open. Then tried to turn corner and car was shut off, steering really stiff. Could not start car because then my foot wouldn't work on the clutch, almost if paralyzed. After this, not sure if a separate dream but was sitting on couch in my living room and my dad came upstairs (he lives in my basement and is always coming up for various reasons--annoying!). I was having a hard time staying upright or controlling my body at this point. Pretended to be fine, and then he went upstairs to check something and I looked down to see that I was holding my boyfriends little bong (I don't smoke) and blue juice/liquid was pouring out everywhere because my hand wasn't able to hold it properly. Blue liquid all over floor, soaking into papers and paper towels (that were already on the floor? Or I had tossed them there?). Dad was still gone when I remember just sliding onto the floor like I had no control (paralyzed) and trying to set down the pouring-out bong, but then I realized the base was gone. At this point I was laying in the blue liquid (juice?). Started freaking out and feeling like something was really wrong with me. Bong was gone? Dad was suddenly coming back downstairs and I tried to hide myself and my mess by pushing myself along the floor backwards behind the coffee table and sliding right under the couch. Started feeling like I was having a seizure or something and woke up.
