A story within a dream and saving North Korea

It started in north Korea, I can't remember why we were there but we wanted to teach the leader why it was important not to isolate themselves or something of that sort and someone or I started telling this story about a couple that went out to sea but got stuck. The couple for some reason never got rescued so the started to make there own life together. As time goes on their ship gets smaller. They have a daughter and then there is a time skip to about three or five years later, there boat os very small now and they have three kids and are barely surviving. The youngest baby is drowning in the water, there was no reason to my knowledge of why but it might have been that the baby had died or there wasn't enough room, the baby could of also just fallen in the water. The husband, who was kind of the pov i was looking from so I technically, contemplated getting the baby but it was too late, when he turned around the mother had taken the youngest child and slid into the ocean dying with her next youngest then it was just the the oldest daughter and the father. Some how I don't remember the daughter was pulled into the water, the father went to go save her because it was all he had left. This is where I became more of an outsider looking in, the girl was being attacked by something the best way to describe it is a kraken and the father was trying to fight it, eventually the girl started to bleed mucking up the water, which is were the metaphor to the North Korean leader came into play that if you make it hard to see what's wrong with the country and isolate or something in that manner you will die. It goes back to the story where the father saves the girl and the swim up to shore and get back on the boat. The story is over and the leader and I think he agrees, then Kristen bell is their playing with a kraken puppet. The thing i know is in in my parents room then i wake up. I was extremely unsettled waking up, it felt like a bad dream but it wasn't really, it wasn't good though.
