The other side of town

I found myself walking on some train tracks, but it wasn't just me. Thousands of others were following my lead. We all started to walk through a tunnel. Then we ended up in Seattle, but it was totally different. It almost looked like a war zone. But it stop didn't any of us from walking to the city. I thought I was alone too, but my other three friends just happen to be with me. Though what I didn't expect, was someone to be shooting at me. It was a female. She wouldn't stop either. We ended up running inside a pizzeria, and going through the back way. All of our mothers lived in the same house, but in different rooms. It was like Japanese style house. But we were really poor that we could only afford small rooms. Talking to my mom about the situation, she understood. She told me if I wanted to protect myself, she would have to get me a gun. But she also told me if I wanted to get of here, I would have to find my dad to get him to open the portal again. The only place I could think of was the library. Completely made out of glass. We ended up walking in the middle of the road to get to city. There were no cars, which was weird since it was a saturday. The library was the last place I saw him. But my mom told me something, she said that my dad would never be where I needed him.
