Force Sensitive Log Walrus??

There's quite a bit I can't remember before this, but after that: We come upon a log in the side of the canyon place and the Obi-Wan looking figure takes what's effectively a big wooden cork out of one of the log holes and starts tapping on it to see if anyone's in there. He doesn't get a response for a couple tries, but finally, after putting the cork back in one last time, it starts to slowly move out again on its own and we hear a song of many male voices in our heads. There's a walrus type creature in the log and it can use the force at a level of 30-something.
