I’m pushing a cart full of groceries. My teenage first-cousins are full of energy and talking about the latest happenings in their lives. As we are going down the freezer aisle, we start hearing voices from beyond the frozen carrots and peas. They are, however, muffled. I open the door and hear nothing but criticisms. I close it, look at my first-cousins, and we decide to leave.
