i have dad trauma

june 17 2021 okay so irl my dad just got a new apartment and moved out just as quick. so i recently went to see it for the first time to help him move out. thats where my dream was set. so in my dream i was folding his blankets or something in his apartment and all of a sudden my dad comes out of the washroom with only underwear on and he flashed me a little bit, then proceeded to walk around the house completely naked. I was so distressed by it that i ran to the washroom, curled into myself on the toilet like how you do in those weather emergency drills, called my therapist and just started fucking sobbing. like i was rocking back and forth and heaving and ugly crying. thats all i remember lol
