Night Birds

Me and my friends were all having a party at this modular looking home outside on the deck that extended the whole length of the back of the home. The yard had a few acres to it that bordered the woods. We were all chillin on the deck havin a beer and joking around, it was night time, I looked up and saw the silhouette of this massive bird. It looked like an eagle but 15x the size and it had lights on it’s back and wings, like a plane has. I also noticed there was a helicopter chasing after it. Everyone at the party took notice as well. Then there were more and more. Must have been at least 25 flying around. Some were far away, some got really close. I could see one trying to land on a tree and heard a loud crack much louder then branches breaking, it sounded like the whole tree was cracking from the weight. I started hearing more helicopters. That’s when I said “uhhhh hey guys maybe we should get inside?” but everyone was leaning against the deck railing completely transfixed. I heard something to the left and could see one about 50 feet away scuttling around then it started heading towards us then slowly coming up the deck steps and that’s when I yelled “GUYS WE NEED TO GET INSIDE NOW!” but it was too late.
