sleep hallucination

Date: 5/19/2018

I was laying in bed trying to get to sleep when I could hear someone calling my name. I couldn't move nor could I turn and open my eyes. but I knew no one was there. it felt like the deeper the sleep the more louder they were calling my name. They then screamed my name and I emediatly opened my eyes. I was stood in the stairs.. I watched a wall being formed around me, as if I was being placed into a box. While this was happening someone from a distance was asking if I was okay. But all I could do was panic, I couldn't move or speak.
