Deaf and Sweaty

I’m at my work, taking orders on register and there’s a lady ordering but she’s speaking faintly, i can barely make out what she’s saying, so i ask that she repeats herself. She’s getting distraught about the whole thing and starts to cry and is saying I’m bad at customer service and like everyone glares at me & i just yell saying “ I can’t hear you , I’m sorry but literally I can’t hear anything your saying!” i just laugh and then i just rang her incomplete order through for free and my supervisor says “ hey buddy you can’t just mock her n laugh in her face”
