LUCID DREAMING OR DELUSIONS?

There was a point where the dream would merge with reality, like for e.g. I wake up to certain sounds (it was a war cry) and I see the room slowly change to a war scene. There were Chinese warriors running straight to kill the dragon on a mountain. It was so real that my first reaction was to scream at them to not kill the creature. Then the scene would fade back to the room I was in and fall back as if I was dropped from above.
