very short dream with sleep paralysis and partially Lucid

Date: 5/24/2016

I open my eyes in bed with my girlfriend sleeping next to me. I see some sort of flower on her hand while she is sleeping. The flower has all of its pedals moving around like snakes attached to the base of the flower. At this point I realize that I am dreaming and try to wake up but I can not. I try to talk but can hear my body only grunt. I realize this is good enough to wake her up so she can wake me up so I grunt as loud as I can. I hear echoes of her saying "it's okay, only a dream." Eventually she pushes me awake. Edit: i talked to my girlfriend about it, she said I was clearly calling her name, not grunting. Not sure why in the dream it was a grunt.
