Bipolar, hormonal cousin and eating with waitresses on their break

My cousin was dating this guy that we initially thought was nice, but he turned out to be an abusive jerk. I didn't actually know what he looked like, but at one point after I found out he was abusive, I saw this macho looking kid, and I automatically judged him, easily picturing him as this abusive guy. However, then I found out he wasn't my cousin's boyfriend, and I apologized to him in my own mind since I hadn't actually said anything, but just thought it. My mom was giving us constant updates of my cousin's relationship status via Facebook, meaning how things were going in the relationship, how she was feeling through her constant updates. They were fighting, but then no sooner did they make up. I found it annoying, and just wanted her to dump the guy because the relationship clearly wasn't healthy. They ended up going to this prom together, and I finally saw him. Surprisingly, he looked young. My cousin is 21. I noticed this blue on the guy's teeth that matched the blue of her nails. She wore a blue dress too. He at first looked like he had a blue stain in his mouth from eating something with artificial blue coloring, but then I got a closer look and saw he had braces. Earlier I had been eating at this restaurant with these ladies, one of whom I later realized was a waitress at the restaurant because she got up, left, then I saw her in a waitress uniform. She waved to us. Then we were eating with the waitress who had served us who was now on break, and I said that was funny. Also amidst our meal, the table suddenly was transported to my driveway or just I was and I was all dressed up. I wore heels, which I never wear in real life because I'd break my ankle trying to walk in them, but in the dream I was walking fine in them, and I was excited. My aunt was there, and I told her. I was just wearing them just because but I thought about wearing them to go out to dance. Then I was thinking about how I didn't know how that would go. I sat back at the table with the girl I had been eating with. I said I would "test the waters," meaning seeing how I'd do dancing in heels.
