Black cat white cat

I had a dream that I was in a far away land that was sort of a maze but everyone was gathered to it. it was a place where people walked on a path forever. there were people selling cats outside it and I looked at them and really wanted the black one so I got it. it was a beautiful silky black. Then my parents found me and said we had to leave, so we got in the car and I brought my cat with me. I noticed that the cat slowly turned white l, but without me looking. Then I could feel the cat slipping away from me, like someone didn't want me to have it. I felt grief that I was losing it. its face was bigger than its body and it continued to change shape. Out of the back window of the van I saw my cat floating in the air.
