I cut open a two metres long lizard

I was being chased by a lizard walking on two legs like an upstanding bear and when I neared a field I stopped and it was trying to eat me so I took out a knife I apparently had on me and cut it open from the throat to the end of the tail. And started digging inside the lizard, I found a dead big human baby and I took it out with all of the lizard intestines. I woke up feeling very weird.
