Secret window

I was standing by the side of the road and looking at this apartment block, apart of the corner brick wall started moving outwards and folded back on itself revealing a hidden window. the window itself, the glass pane started moving outwards on a long extending arm . Someone came to the window and looked out and then decided to go back in and the window started closing again. As the glass moved back in it was wobbling quite significantly. I was thinking this is not a very good design in a few years time this window will have problems for whoever is living there.
