Lucid

I was with some friends, then I realized I was lucid dreaming and tried to wake up but I couldn't. I kept talking to everyone and was like "so guess what I realized? I'm lucid dreaming" and they were all like "cool..." but didn't really care. Then I tried to scream to wake up but it didn't work and I was afraid to have any negative thoughts because I didn't want to have sleep paralysis. I remember just doing whatever I wanted like jumping around everywhere and yelling and singing and I was really good and people thought I was insane, but I didn't care because I knew I was dreaming. Then I was sitting at a counter with my mom and I told her I was lucid dreaming and she was trying to help me think of things to do because I was really bored and was just waiting to wake up. We talked about OOBE but I was afraid to do that because I didn't know what I was capable of and I was so paranoid about sleep paralysis. I was just trying to stay calm the whole time. Then I found this chicken breast and tried to eat it and it tasted weird. Then my mom was talking about how I shouldn't eat it because it wasn't cleaned properly so I started to spit it out then an egg appeared in my mouth with the shell and everything. I was spitting it out in the sink then I spit and it happened in real life and woke up with spit on me.
