Imaginary friend (Sleep Paralysis)

I could see a figure move along the bottom of my bed but it was very vague. Then all of a sudden it jumped on my bed it was like a fox but more of a cartoon one that stood up. It was talking to me but I couldn’t understand what it was saying because in my dream shout out to my ex was playing very loudly (I was literally thinking about my ex before I went to sleep haha.) Anyway the dream doesn’t sound scary but it was because I suffer really badly from sleep paralysis and normally I just wait it out but in this dream I wanted woken up so bad. I was trying to scream for my mam but I couldn’t make any noise. I could open my mouth but no noise would come out same as with my hands and arms I could move them but when it came to physically getting out of bed it was impossible. I even dreamt I rolled myself off the bed but as I fell on to the floor it was in slow motion. Normally these dreams last what seems a few seconds but this went on for about a minute then I woke up in my bed in the exact same position I fell asleep in.
