Snow in Summer

I'm walking down a dirt road, trying to get to school. I'm in a hurry because I'm running out of time to get to class before it starts. It's sunny, warm, and the road is dry...until I get to a spot further ahead, and suddenly the sun is covered by grey clouds, it's much much colder and there is at least a foot of snow on the ground. As I walk further down the road, I'm thoroughly confused because I am aware that this is the end of May, almost June, and it's snowing. I pass a house. There is a woman and two children playing in the snow. The smaller of the children, no older than 4, comes up to me and begins talking to me, though I do not know what she says, I just agree and smile at her. She leads me over to her car, one of those big toy cars that kids can actually drive, and shows it off to me. I'm worried at this point that I'm going to be late for class, and contemplate stealing the kids car to get there, but I don't. I finally continue on down the road, through the snow. I make it to the school and get to class on time somehow but then realized that I've left my backpack with my textbooks in my car that I for some reason didn't drive. My brother Hayden is there and I ask him if he can drive me to my car to get my backpack, and he agrees. We pass the house with the mom and children playing in the snow and I'm talking to Hayden about how strange it is to be snowing at the end of May.
