Shark got my brothers leg

I'm not sure about the beginning of the dream, but me and some of my family was chilling on floaties/the doc in this muddy water. After a moment of chilling, a shark fin was spotted, except it was super close. I told my brother luke to get on the floatie, because the majority of his body was in the water. He someone ignored me because I wasn't panicked enough. After a second of debating whether the shark would actually attack him. It attacked him, it's a large part of its front came out of the water and hit a few people as his bit him. I have a gap In my memory I was on shore with my little sister, bringing him to a hospital nearby. I ran in a head and told the nurse in a panic that my brothers leg was bitten off, then my brother came in and was taken to the back. While I was waiting, I messed around with some random stuff on a table that I assume to be gifts for the patients. I dont really anything else
