Shout Europe at the sink

I'm in someone's house. There's a social gathering going on. Ceilings are low. People talking, it's like a party or something. People are seated around a sofa. The sofa is Brown and the lighting is dim. I am in a kitchen, it is an open plan Square kitchen . I say to someone I'm going to shout Europe at the sink. As I say this I do the motion of being sick. This gets a lot of laughs. Then someone starts talking. He starts joking and saying things like I remember it well, Europe in the 1970s, the Labour Party conference. He makes smoking motions, like he was puffing weed. This conjures up images for me of someone being violently sick after puffing too much weed. It is very funny though and I'm laughing very hard. Also there is something about the date November 29th.
