Kidnapping at the mall

I was at the mall, waiting for my boyfriend at the entrance. I thought he was mad at me for some reason. He comes in and smiles when he sees me, I apologize and he tells me I don’t need to apologize for anything. He sits against the wall across from me, I think we’re waiting for some else now. After a bit, a giant group of people enter the mall. These two tall guys stand in front of me and start saying things I can’t understand. I try to get around them but I’m against the wall and they’re blocking any way out. I panic and one grabs me by the arm and starts pulling me away. I scream my boyfriend’s name a few times, I saw him stand up and start looking around but someone distracts him. The guy that was pulling me away throws me to the ground and the other threatens to hurt me if I try to alert anyone else. I can’t really remember what happened after that.
