I was a cross between superman and Britney Spears or Buffy but I don't think I had anything radically superheroey to do. It was more like, and I'm coming here on the end of the dream so bear with me as I recount backwards, I found myself hurrying into a classroom, and yes I wore blonde pigtails and glasses, and a really sassy skirt, and I sat in my own seat except it was established the day before ( in the dream I had the memory) that I wasn't me, I had faked ( I use the word faked because I knew it was a lie but in retrospect I wonder if it was a real death then jumping to another body) my own disappearance and then faked another identity and got seated in my same spot in class. Odd because the similarities were gross and glaring and even an enemy noticed later a friend of mine (or an enemy). I saw him later and he was in a different body too only he did seem to remember and was also much confused and had headaches. He was also lashing out and causing disturbances. A teacher in a wheelchair seemed to know me, and had recently been privy to what was going on, and I handed her his meds (two bottles which didn't have many left), for the old him, and I and a friend took him aside to explain. After seeing him I had to wonder if I was in a different body. The goings on of the dream before this event are fuzzy. I recall flying around a lot, shapshifting, playing with others who could do the same. I raced trains I recall, and swam under the sea, and mostly flew around, I was completely utterly free. I was also after something, seeking somebody. I was aware of a slight mission? More like an errand in urgency. It's possible this dream was about out of body experience and switching souls? Maybe. It was all in a dream, and I wasn't me, the real me, the personality in the dream I had was completely different. And the personality when I was flying around and shapshifting was a version that was so free. I also recall coming down into the new body, the one I spoke of in the beginning, at first the air around me seemed to turn to water, like I was suddenly quite heavy, and then after swimming somehow I was running around in a body. ( Interesting to note in waking life I can't swim and in the dream I remembered how to and was doing it perfectly.) (Also the discription of superman at the beginning only seemed to fit because of the glasses and changing identities. I didn't seem to have any extraordinary ability. )
