Heart Slowing Injection

I am on top of a mountain with a crowd of people. An elevator is there for some reason. Little girl is sick and needs a shot (Tetanus I believe). Everyone suddenly needs shots (almost as if If became contagious). Panic goes through every person. There is a female doctor with a large needle filled with a strange liquid. She pushes the needle into my heart, slowing my heart rate. I immediately start to panic. Heartbeat begins to quicken. I wake up in a full blown panic attack.
