Tiny village with strange people

I was wandering around until I saw tiny houses. The houses were so cute and colorful and the neighborhood was so cozy. I was looking for the mayor’s office for some reason, I thought this village was abandoned until I found the tiny mayor’s office and stepped on the first stair, it set an alarm. I got scared and hid between some of the houses. A kid came out, the kid had fur all over it and looked like a who from Dr. Seuss. I said “Sorry! I didn’t mean to wake you.” The kid screamed and ran back into his house. Then on my left the other who thing came out. It was a pretty old lady and she had brown fur. She said something I forgot and her baby just casually walks out of the house. I say “Ma’am, your baby just escaped!” She says “whatever” and closes the door. I go into the road and pick up the baby (The baby was HUGE and heavy) I brought it back to the lady and the lady said “Alright come in” I came in and she was actually nice to me but I woke up. There was also a part of the dream where I was at the ocean. The ocean was red and I wanted to drown in it so I was going towards it. But somebody kept saying “No!” And kept picking me up. He saved my life but I don’t know who he is. He sounded heartbroken when he saw me try to die. It was sad.
