Numbers on wrist

It was based in my house perhaps 10 years ago, all my family present. It was a dream in a dream, I would wake up in the dream about 100 times in the dream and ask my dad why I had numbers written in pen and scarred into my wrist. In a form of Latin numerals. I kept believing I woke up in real life but I was simply me waking up inside my own dream which heavily confused me.
