Rats

So this dream started about me on some sort of vacation, and I was staying in a big house with other people I didn't really know, but we were getting to know each other. I remember this really pretty androgynous-looking person, a dude who was alwaya playing guitar, and a good friend if mine's brother was there, among others. But when I went out to wherever I was vacationing, it was somewhere I had dreampt of before. It's some coastal location but the beach never comes into play, it's more like just where the setting gets cut off. There was a place you could head down to, as in physically down a steep slope to a fenced off area, where people smoked, but if you headed further in it was some weird haunted cellar which was the subject of previous dreams. Now, there was also this huge hill you coild head up, and in top was a (yes, haunted) decrepid house that for some reason us travellers intended to investigate. In it, there were some rats that we weren't supposed to look at, as it made you... more susceptible to something? That ghosts did? Or something? Not sure, but you didn't wanna look at em. I remember some folks did, and ended up walking into another building that I just got super bad vibes from, like I just knew if I walked in I would die, which was unfortunate as pretty-androgynous-girl walked in and I just left knowing it was too late. Also there were a shit ton of walls and fences on the way up to the haunted house, and later on the rats started leaving and would be around that path, so after I had looked at them I had to lead someone down there (for whatever reason) which was really difficult. Not super coherent, but it felt more so at the time.
