Underqualified but hired

My mom and I show up at an office building where I am interviewing for a part time job at an insurance company called PRAM. I am taken to an office with lots of half unpacked boxes and the interviewer is a young woman that looks like Celia from highschool. She seems cool and appears to like me and what I’m about. She asks which job I’m applying for and when I say (not knowing there were multiple jobs available) that I’m looking for part time income to supplement the job I have she puts me in the admin position, quotes me at 178,000 a year (part time) and I tell her that sounds great. There is an awkward moment when she asks if this is my mom and I tell her yes, she gave me a ride. She seems to forget about that immediately. I spend the whole interview trying to figure out how to ask “what does this company actually do?” I get the job without finding out.
