Fat arms

I don't remember everything but what I do remember is having incredibly fat and saggy arms and I just couldn't stop staring at them and crying. For some reason I was viewing myself in 3rd person and I didn't have a clear image of my face but I knew it was me. I felt incredibly scared, sad, and anxious.
