I was fighting through these fields against the covenant from halo. The only recognizable foes were the Jackles and some vehicles like the Wraith(important). I myself had this staff that would cast the same large explosive ball of blue fire that the wraiths would launch, and I was trying to kill these aliens who were high up on some ledge while I was below them. Then some wraith shots started landing near me and I decided I should take out the wraith before continuing. I’m in my backyard at this point and I run over to the wraith with my staff and I almost blow it to pieces until I realize my mom is driving it. She sees me and gets out and I was really happy to see her, and I asked her what she was doing. She said she saw me fighting the aliens so she carjacked a wraith and started firing at them. The only reason she almost hit me was because she was still figuring out the controls. At this point I became lucid, and a warm feeling of happiness and calm took over me. I hugged my mom, and she hugged me back, and we went towards the front yard to keep fighting. As we make our way I tried to fly but was only able to get off the ground slightly and glide, although I was able to make my staff float along side me as I did this. My mother was happy for me, as she exclaimed, “you got off the ground!” This was big for me because it was my first time lucid dreaming and my control was quite weak. I speak with her about lucid dreaming and my goals of being able to control my dreams and do extraordinary things a lot in real life, so it felt nice to have that sort of make it’s way into my dream. I told her that I was really lucid at this point and that it was the first time ever and she was really excited for me. A woman appears before us and she throws me a ball so that I can try and practice moving things with my mind, and as with flying I could only control it a little bit and the ball moved rather erratically at that. Me and my mom had a laugh with the woman and I just felt pure happiness before waking up shortly after. Here’s to more lucid dreaming. :)
