Temple of Doom

We were in some sort of old haunted temple. I don't really know who "we" were exactly, but we were close. It was dark, and there were traps for each of us, to kill us. I knew no one made it out of this place. Mine: there was a small circular doorway, it was light on the other side. A small boat, big enough for just one, was right in the middle of the doorway, I got in and the boat immediately started moving (there was a very miniscule stream of water beaneth the boat). As soon as the boat was through the doorway, an iron fence closed behind me. The part that came crashing down was just sharp spikes, so if anyone had tried to follow me in they wd have been killed. I started imaginging if my dream kids had followed; I saw them getting killed. While floating along I recall seeing evil ghosts. A bit into the "ride", I entered a small circular dead end room. Everything looked red, as if a small red light bulb had been turned on. Suddenly a man came running in. I knew him. He was a friend, he was there to save me. Not only from the temple though. He came in with a machete and sliced through the chains I had around my wrist. This released me from the boat but it also somehow cut my metaphorical chains with Al. My (dream) friend then said something abt how I didn't have to be ashamed abt being in an abusive relationship. I was actually a little upset, thinking he had no right to interfere with my relationship, abusive or not. It was my choice. So I said in a nasty tone "I'm not ashamed"! I wasn't. Al's getting better. Though in the dream I cd see bruises on my neck and face. Anyway, we ran out together and survived the haunted temple. ~ Idk where this was in the dream, but I remember a deity made of gold. She was female, no clothes, just a golden woman, dancing around, her arms always moving. If you touched her, both you and her wd begin to melt. Not entirely, just in the spot that touched/was touched. A line of people, as if hypnotized or something, took turns sticking their finger(s) into this golden woman's mouth. Liquid gold was pouring out of her mouth onto the dark floor. And that's all I remember.
